Fruit Of The Spirit - Pink
Paul writes another letter yet again, this time addressing the Galatians who were facing religious discrimination concerning the law. Paul denounced the Old Testament laws as an instrumental fulfillment; Paul wanted the Galatians to focus on Jesus, his ultimate sacrifice which is the new covenant with God. In Galatians 5:22-23, Paul announces that the evidence of the Holy Spirit in our lives is the cultivation of the fruit of the spirit — Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Goodness, Kindness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control. It is important that Paul refers to the nine elements as a singular entity, the fruit of the Spirit, meaning that we should embody all nine characteristics as one, one fruit our soul needs to feed on.
