Orders will be processed and shipped as received, expect delivery within 5 business days of shipment date. Shipment days are Monday and Friday. Within the week, orders received after 2 pm Monday until 2pm Friday will be shipped on Friday by 5pm.  Weekend orders received between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday will be shipped on Monday by 5pm. Please consider these terms when placing an order. Thank you, we appreciate you. 

Requests to exchange for a different size must be made within 15 days of shipment date. When exchanging, apparel should be unused and placed in clear packaging then an appropriate packaging from the post office. To request an exchange, email us your order# and full name, and we will get back to you within 48 hours with the return label. Once we receive your returned item, you will be notified via email. If apparel is in good condition, new sizes will be shipped according to shipping policy. You will be notified via email when your new size has shipped. If apparel was used or damaged, we will return it to you according to shipping policy. 

All apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase date, unused and placed in clear packaging, then an appropriate packaging from the post office. To request a refund, email us your order# and full name, and we will get back to you within 48 hours with the return label, free of charge. Once we received your returned item, you will be notified via email and your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order. If apparel was used or damaged, we will issue you 50% refund.
